Gautam Arora is a seasoned design and product leader with extensive experience in user experience, product design, and team management. As Co-founder and Head of Product & Design at Toddle since June 2018, Gautam focuses on empowering teachers through user-friendly technology tools. Prior to Toddle, Gautam served as Head of Design at Toddler's Den, leading the creation of innovative early learning experiences. Gautam's earlier roles at Sprinklr involved building and leading a UX team, designing social media platforms, and standardizing cross-platform interactions. Gautam also contributed as a Design Researcher at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where a multi-lingual keyboard was developed. Early career experiences include internships and roles in user experience design and research, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field, complemented by a Bachelor of Design degree in User Experience Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design.
