Alejandro Ortega Ancel

Alejandro Ortega Ancel has a diverse work experience, starting as a Summer Intern at Mars Space Ltd in 2010. Alejandro then worked as an Intern at the University of Southampton in 2011 before moving on to roles at Dyson as a Graduate RDD Engineer and RDD Engineer. Alejandro was also an Engineering Consultant at KIWI DESIGN CONSULTANTS LIMITED and a Performance Engineer at Cobham. Alejandro co-founded Tagless and later founded AORA ltd. Alejandro worked at causaLens as a Data Scientist, Director of Scientific Communications, and Marketing Director before becoming the Head of Marketing & Operations at ToffeeX in 2023.

Alejandro Ortega Ancel completed their Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering at the University of Southampton from 2007 to 2011. Alejandro went on to earn a Certificate in Space Studies from the International Space University in 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Fluid Mechanics at Imperial College London from 2014 to 2015, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerial-aquatic Robotics/Fluid Mechanics from 2015 to 2019 at the same institution.
