Jai Chaggar

Jai Chaggar's work experience includes a role as the Director of Customer Success at Together Software starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Together Software from July 2021 to January 2022. Jai also has experience at Bell, where they held various positions including Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships (Virgin Plus) from August 2018 to May 2021. In this role, they secured strategic partnerships with globally recognized brands and supported Virgin's customer acquisition and retention strategies. Jai also worked as a Churn Insights Specialist, Loyalty and Retention, where they identified churn triggers and compiled monthly results for the CEO scorecard. They also served as a Marketing and Strategy Analyst, Home Internet, where they conducted analysis to assess business opportunities and led the creation of a new installation process. Jai started their career as an Analyst at Dayhu Capital in 2015.

Jai Chaggar completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Ivey Business School at Western University, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, between 2012 and 2014, Jai studied Psychology at Western University. Jai's education journey began at St. George's School, where they attended from 2000 to 2012. Additionally, Jai has obtained certifications in "Developing Effective Business Presentations" from PrezExpert Inc. in February 2021, "Negotiation Foundations" from LinkedIn in December 2020, and the "Duke of Edinburgh" award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award program in June 2012.
