Angela Dostal's work experience began in 2005 at Dierbergs Markets where they worked as a Cashier and was later promoted to the Courtesy Counter. Angela operated cash registers and performed various transactions with accuracy and speed. In 2012, Angela joined Together Credit Union as a Service Representative where they provided service to members by handling deposits, withdrawals, and various financial transactions. Angela also promoted credit union products and services based on members' needs. Angela then worked as a Call Center Representative, assisting members over the phone and through email with issues related to online banking, fraud, and monetary transactions. Angela also took loan applications during this time. In 2013, Angela became an Electronic Services Specialist, assisting members in gaining access to their accounts online and managing email campaigns. Finally, Angela served as a Member Experience Insights Analyst, where they analyzed member feedback from surveys, social media, and review sites. Angela also acted as an advocate for the Member Experience and co-managed the Member Experience software.
Angela Dostal has a diverse education history. Angela began their academic journey in 2007 at Missouri State University, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. In 2008, they transferred to St. Louis Community College, where they continued their studies in General Studies for a year. Finally, from 2009 to 2011, Angela attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Systems.
