Chris Lindauer has extensive experience in internal audit and financial services. Chris currently holds the position of Vice President Internal Audit at Together Credit Union, a role they have held since August 2022. Additionally, Lindauer has worked as an Application Systems Programmer at Madison Mutual from December 1989 to April 1996 and as an Operations Internal Audit Specialist at Mercantile Bancorporation, Inc. in June 1989.

Chris started their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick from July 1986 to June 1989.

Chris Lindauer obtained an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Louis University from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University from 1982 to 1986. Chris also holds additional certifications, including eLEAD from the eLeadership Academy™, obtained in May 2021. Furthermore, they have certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from Missouri and as a Private Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
