Alex Pan

Senior Director, User Acquisition at Together Labs

Alex Pan has a diverse work experience in the marketing and user acquisition field. Starting in 2010, at Tencent, they worked as a Business Analyst and Marketing Manager for social games, where they developed relationships with partners and conducted usability tests. In 2012, they became the Marketing Director at nWay Inc., leading the closed beta marketing campaign for ChronoBlade. Alex then joined PlayQ in 2016 as a User Acquisition Manager, managing a multi-million dollar budget and negotiating direct deals with app developers. In 2017, Alex became a Senior Director at Seriously Digital Entertainment, overseeing performance marketing and contributing to the growth of the Best Fiends franchise. Most recently, they joined Together Labs in 2022 as a Senior Director of User Acquisition, where they contribute to the development of virtual world technologies and products that foster authentic human connection.

Alex Pan has completed an MBA program at the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Prior to that, Alex obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Finance & International Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Before entering university, Alex attended Millburn High School. Additionally, Alex has obtained certifications in Python Data Structures and Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) from Coursera in March 2016 and January 2016, respectively.
