Serge Herkül has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 at Mindware OÜ as a Software Developer. Serge then founded Scaledrone in 2013. In 2013, they also joined Toggl Plan as the Frontend Development Lead, where they built and grew the frontend team. In 2016, Serge expanded their role to become the Product and Development Lead, coordinating the work of the whole development team. Serge eventually became the CEO of Toggl Plan in 2018 and continued as the CEO until the present.
Serge Herkül obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, from the years 2009 to 2012.
