Lucie Jerome

Lucie Jerome currently serves as the People and Culture Coordinator at Toitū Envirocare, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lucie worked at GirlGuiding New Zealand as the EA to the Chief Executive and Board Chair from November 2016 to August 2023. Lucie's experience includes serving as a Board/Governance Assistant at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu and various contract PA/EA/Administrator positions throughout Sydney and Melbourne with organizations such as Métier Recruitment and Qudos Recruitment. The foundation of Lucie's career began in entry-level HR roles across private industry and local government before relocating to New Zealand.
