Derya Er has had extensive experience in the field of human resources. Derya is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Token Financial Technologies since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, where they held several roles including Human Resources Business Partner from February 2020 to July 2023, Human Resources Manager from January 2016 to February 2020, and Human Resources Business Partner from September 2011 to December 2015. Before joining Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, Derya worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Profil International & Odgers Berndtson from October 2009 to September 2011.
Derya Er started their education in 2004 at Boğaziçi University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations. They completed their studies in 2009. In 2008, Derya Er also attended Aarhus University and studied Political Science for a year.
