Cynthia Indayani has extensive experience in marketing and strategic project management, currently serving as the AVP of Brand Marketing at Tokopedia since May 2017. In this role, Cynthia leads nationwide marketing activations for major campaigns, drives strategic marketing projects to achieve growth with a focus on cost-effectiveness, and manages the marketing budget for optimal project allocation. Prior positions at Tokopedia include Head of Content and Affiliate Marketplace and Head of Content & Category Management, where Cynthia was instrumental in building teams and launching significant campaigns, including the first-ever nationwide mega campaign during Ramadan. Before joining Tokopedia, Cynthia worked as a Business Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group from February 2016 to May 2017. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, completed in 2015.
