Donny Fadilah

Donny Fadilah currently serves as the Associate VP of Legal and Head of Legal at Tokopedia since January 2018, overseeing a team of over 10 legal professionals and advising on various legal matters, including investment initiatives, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters in e-commerce and fintech. Prior to Tokopedia, Donny was the Legal Manager for Corporate Affairs at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, leading a team of 6 in addressing legal issues related to telecommunications and corporate projects. Earlier experience includes a Senior Lawyer and Associate role at Bahar & Partners, where Donny focused on infrastructure and construction law, as well as experience at Zul Rafique & Partners and DNC Advocates at Work. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Padjadjaran and high school studies in Japan.
