Jonathan Filbert is a software engineer currently spearheading the Loyalty & Gamification Web team at ByteDance, where he focuses on Gamification, Rewards, and PLUS, a premium subscription service in Tokopedia. With a background that includes pivotal roles in building the award-winning GoPay App at GoTo Financials and launching key consumer products at Tokopedia Fintech, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated his expertise in developing impactful products and leading high-performing teams. He was among the first engineering hires at Pintu, Indonesia's pioneering crypto exchange, and has published award-winning research at ICACSIS.
