Ken Sng started their career in 2000 as the CEO of Inok Systems Pte Ltd, a company specializing in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. Ken worked with brands like BMC and ServiceNow. In 2023, they joined Toku as the SVP Customer Data Solutions.
Ken Sng obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. Ken attended the university from 1989 to 1992. In July 2019, Ken also received a certification as a Qualified Information Security Professional (QISP) from AISP-NUS ISS.
