Aya Mikhaela Aguinaldo, RPm, is an accomplished recruitment and people management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within top educational and consulting organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Recruitment, People, and Culture at Tokyo Coding Club and Tokyo Academics since December 2020, Aya has effectively designed and implemented staff satisfaction surveys, turnover analysis, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Previous experience as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group involved comprehensive recruitment and business development tasks.
