Ben Rathsack

Ben Rathsack is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in semiconductor technology and manufacturing. Currently serving as Vice President and Deputy GM at Tokyo Electron US since May 2007, Ben leads technology development and R&D for advanced semiconductor processes, including lithography and etch applications. Prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Product Technology and Marketing, where Ben developed advanced hardware and process solutions that fostered business growth. Notably, Ben has held leadership positions in strategic technical marketing and advanced technology groups, collaborating with global R&D teams and universities on innovative projects. With a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and multiple patents in micro-fabrication, Ben combines technical expertise with strategic vision, contributing significantly to the semiconductor industry.
