Eric Yu

Eric Yu is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Leader at Tokyo Electron Limited, focusing on A10/A14/N2 gas phase chemical oxide etching process development since September 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Sr. Process Engineer at Tokyo Electron Taiwan Limited, specializing in advanced gas-phase radical etching for semiconductor processes, and at Tokyo Electron, leading electrochemical plating for advanced package development. Eric has also contributed to high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell processes at Mosel Vitelic, where roles included Deputy Manager and Section Manager. Earlier career experience includes engineering positions at Corning Display Technology Taiwan and Innolux Display Corp. Eric holds a Master's degree in Optical-Electric Engineering from Tatung University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Chinese Culture University.
