Droxsan Williams

Droxsan Williams has extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as a Manufacturing Training Specialist II at Tolmar since July 2018, where responsibilities include developing onboarding programs and conducting training initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational goals. Prior to this, Droxsan held roles as Owner/Bookkeeper at Northwest Colorado Construction, managing financial documentation and cost control since April 2004. Droxsan also has a substantial teaching background, spanning nearly two decades at Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, where notable contributions include leading project-based learning events and integrating technology in the classroom. Educational credentials include bachelor's and master's level coursework in Elementary Education, Educational Design, Technology, and Organizational Learning.
