Melissa Rawls

Melissa Rawls, P.E., is an experienced Process Development Engineer at Tolmar since March 2021, with prior roles at Shell and Jacobs, where Melissa specialized in process design and project development for capital growth and safety in refining and chemical sectors. At Shell, Melissa focused on front-end project development for projects under $10MM, while at Jacobs, Melissa led process design activities for significant projects, including refinery expansions and capital projects, gaining extensive experience in process simulation, equipment specification, and HAZOP participation. Earlier, Melissa worked at Air Liquide America as a Project & Operations Support Engineer, managing multiple projects, and participated in the ALLEX rotational program, gaining a broad range of engineering skills. Melissa holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
