Katie Noriega Dawley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in image consulting and sales education. Currently serving as a Partner & Executive Clothier at Tom James Company since July 2019, Katie specializes in helping busy professionals navigate modern workplace dress codes to enhance their career image. Previously, Katie worked at the University of Alabama from August 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included grading sales role play performances as a Graduate Assistant for the Sales Program, providing feedback to students, and supporting corporate partnerships during career fairs. Additional roles included serving as a Resident Advisor and contributing as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where Katie provided educational support and feedback to students. Katie holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Digital & Social Media, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Global Business, Professional Sales, and Spanish from the University of Alabama.
