Job description

Description Role: As a hungry and driven sales manager you will play a key role in growing the agency through the acquisition of new clients and projects. You love to understand discover prospective clients’ needs and put together the best influencer proposal for them. You will be involved in the whole new business cycle from lead generation, completing RFPs, pitches to negotiating, closing and onboarding new clients. As a self-driven and motivated business development manager, you will demonstrate success in closing new business, working to ambitious targets whilst providing an excellent service and experience, promoting the agency and its reputation.

What you will do:

Source and develop sales leads to prospects Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through lead generation Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets Establish and nurture successful relationships with prospective clients Manage the delivery of proposals, pitch decks, RFI and RFPs and any other new business collateral for new business opportunities Negotiate and close new business deals Work strategically to understand a brand’s goals and develop relevant influencer marketing strategies to help them achieve this Manage Salesforce About you:

You are proactive, driven and hungry You have a passion for influencer marketing and how it is evolving You are a great relationship builder and excellent communicator You are confident presenting in front of senior stakeholders You have strong experience winning new business You can demonstrate exceeding targets in previous roles You have experience in selling both project based activations as well as MRR You enjoy being challenged and engaged in a target driven environment You have a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the agency Requirements You have proven successful sales experience in the influencer space Benefits
