Stefan Schrahe

Stefan Schrahe currently serves as EVP People and Organisation at TOMRA, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Stefan held various senior roles at Aptiv, including Vice President Human Resources for the EMEA region and HR Director for the Electrical Distribution Systems segment from June 2019 to March 2023. Experience at GKN Automotive spans from Senior Vice President Human Resources for GKN ePowertrain to Divisional HR Director for GKN Land Systems and Vice President Human Resources for GKN Driveline Europe. Earlier roles include Human Resources Director for GKN Sinter Metals and Manager at GKN Aerospace. Beginning an HR career as part of the HR Graduate Development Scheme at GKN Driveline, Stefan also worked as Insurance Commercial Manager at AXA Life Insurance. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration from AKAD University and training as an Insurance Commercial Manager from AXA Life Insurance Company.
