Francesca Capellini

Francesca Capellini is a seasoned footwear design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and product development. Currently serving as the Senior Creative Director of Footwear Design at TOMS since April 2025, Francesca has held various influential roles within the company, including Creative Director from January 2023 to 2025. Previous positions include Footwear Design Director for Women's at Timberland, Footwear Senior Design Director at Ralph Lauren, and multiple design leadership roles at Schwartz & Benjamin, Sam Edelman, and Mango. Francesca's career began at Calzaturificio Casadei, progressing through diverse design roles. Francesca holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano and has furthered education at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
