Sifiso Zuma is an experienced production manager with over 14 years in the sugar industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Tongaat Hulett Sugar since July 2009, Sifiso is responsible for overseeing the production of sugar and molasses, with a focus on quality and environmental issues. Previously, from September 2003 to June 2009, Sifiso held the position of Production Manager at Illovo Sugar Ltd, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations of raw sugar manufacturing. Earlier experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Gledhow Mill, also focusing on raw sugar production. Sifiso holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Mangosuthu Technikon, completed between 1991 and 1994, and graduated from Dlangezwa High School with a high school diploma in 1990.
