Tongcheng-Elong
Fan Lei （范磊), was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group in March 2018, and is responsible for the overall financial management. From September 2016 to March 2018, Mr. Fan served as the finance vice president of the Company. From April 2013 to September 2016, Mr. Fan served as a principal and senior principal, in the financial plan and analysis department of eLong Cayman. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Fan consecutively served as a financial manager and a senior financial manager in Lenovo Group Limited （聯想集團有限公司), a company whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 0992) from March 2010 to April 2013.
Mr. Fan received a bachelor’s degree of engineering in mechanical engineering and automation from Beihang University （北京航空航天大學） in the PRC in 2004. Mr. Fan also obtained a master’s degree of business administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010.
