Hala Ataya Ghandour is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic advisory, leadership development, and public policy across various sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for the Middle East and Eastern Europe at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and as the Founder of Bluejay Works, Ghandour specializes in facilitating collaboration between public and private sector leaders. In addition to board responsibilities with the Global Esports Federation, Ghandour has held significant roles such as Chief of Staff for the Office of Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, Chief Development Officer at Expo 2020 Dubai, and Director of Development in the Office of the Minister of State.
