River (Rachel) Baird has a strong background in content development and instructional design, with experience in the manufacturing industry. River (Rachel) has held various roles in different companies, including supervising a team of content developers and multimedia designers. River also has experience in client service, teaching English, and serving as a graduate assistant. River (Rachel) holds a Master of Arts in English from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Youngstown State University.
