Jim Albert

Jim Albert is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in retail planning and management. Currently serving as the Product Manager, Strategic at ToolsGroup since November 2021, Jim oversees the JustEnough and Onera solutions, along with cross-solution platform management. Prior roles include Product Owner for Mi9 Retail’s Planning suite and Sr. Merchandise Planner at Tillys, where Jim led merchandise financial planning and mentored other planners. With a solid foundation beginning as an Assistant Retail Planner at The Bon-Ton Stores, Jim has progressively honed skills in merchandise strategy, allocation, and financial analysis across various retail environments. Jim holds an MBA from Eastern University and a Bachelor's Degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
