Alexej Steinmark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ToolTime since October 2021, Alexej previously held a Partner Management position at store2be from August 2018 to November 2020. With a background at FUCHSBRIEFE Dr. Hans Fuchs from June 2010 to July 2018 as both Assistenz der Geschäftsführung and Projektmitarbeiter, Alexej also has a solid foundation from a tenure at IKEA in various capacities from September 2000 to April 2015. Alexej holds a degree from Freie Universität Berlin, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2011.
