A proven track record includes building and managing high-performing teams, driving customer acquisition, and developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. Nikoletta possesses strong expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEM, social media, and affiliate marketing, while also leading successful projects in metrics analysis and A/B testing. Nikoletta holds a Master's Degree in Marketing, Management, and Industrial Organization from European-University Viadrina.
