Sarah Ryan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and technical repair. Currently serving as a Quality Assistant at Zentech Manufacturing since July 2024, Sarah has previously worked as a Repair Technician at Normal Gadgets and served in the United States Air Force from March 2015 to May 2023 as an Aircraft Electrical & Environmental Systems Specialist. Additional experience includes roles at Geek Squad as an Apple Repair Technician and Advanced Repair Agent, as well as positions at Best Buy as a Sales Consultant and Project Team Specialist. Sarah is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Technology from Illinois State University while also studying Aviation Maintenance Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus and the Community College of the Air Force.
