Slawomir Smiechura is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Tech Advisor at Cardino, providing technical consultation aimed at enhancing product stability and performance. Since September 2019, Slawomir has been the VP of Software Engineering at ToolTime, overseeing engineering teams and ensuring productivity and morale among technical staff. Previously, Slawomir held key roles at Issuu, including Head of Engineering and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities involved strategic planning and team restructuring to meet market demands. Slawomir's experience also includes roles at SoundCloud, Nokia, Software Quality Solutions, de Poel Consulting, Sony Ericsson, and Jar Tec Computers, showcasing a robust background in software development, testing, and team leadership across various technologies and methodologies. Slawomir holds an M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Koszalin.
