Hugo Lebegue began their work experience as an IT Manager at Siemens in 1996. In 1998, they joined sybase as a Staff Software Engineer II before transitioning to Toolwire in 2007. At Toolwire, Hugo holds the role of Principal Software Engineer and plays a crucial role in developing Toolwire's TILE platform and Desktop Virtualization components. Hugo manages the software development process, collaborates with inter-company technical teams, and works on security audits, integration, and data privacy.

In 2010, they earned a patent in Mobile Banking, and in 2016, they obtained a patent in Learning Experience Platform. These certifications were achieved through self-study and personal efforts.
