Elba Bond

Elba Bond currently serves as the VP of People and Organisation, Chief of Staff, and Executive Business Consultant at TooMuchWifi since May 2022. Prior to this role, Elba held the position of Operations System Facilitator at Aurik Business from June 2022 to July 2023, focusing on business development and operational systems coaching. Elba has also worked as a consultant from February 2020 to April 2022 and as an Executive Management Assistant at Ozow from April 2019 to January 2020. From November 2016 to March 2019, Elba was a Business Consultant at Microleaf Consulting. A significant portion of Elba's experience includes a lengthy tenure at FNB South Africa from May 1999 to June 2016, where roles included Chief Operating Officer, Head of Risk Management, Risk Manager, Risk Analyst, and Systems and Support Analyst. Elba holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Milpark Business School, completed between 2009 and 2013, and has also pursued education at the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of South Africa.
