Job Summary

TopJump Trampoline and Extreme Arena is looking for highly-motivated and fun-loving individuals with the ability to create OMG Experiences for our guests, employees, and our community. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the desire to learn and grow. As an Ambassador/Assistant Manager, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to provide superior guest service and an attitude of servant leadership.

Basic Job Duties

• Greet customers with enthusiasm upon arrival
• Act as the first line of communication for guest and employee interactions.
• Create a safe and fun atmosphere for guests, coworkers, and yourself!
• Provide a positive guest service experience to all guests
• Maintain daily business operations by following policies and procedures
• Provide pricing information by answering questions
• Process transactions
• Maintain a working knowledge of products in order to answer customer questions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules
  and regulations
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as assigned

Managerial Job Duties

• Manage a small team of employees while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude
• Handle minor employee relations items
• Assist with invoicing
• Ability to count safe with manager supervision
• Count out employee tills and assist in completing deposits
• Complete small orders for retail and candy stores
• Assist with receiving orders
• Handle filing of injuries for guests and employees as needed

●  Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
