Matthew W. is an experienced engineering manager with a diverse background in software development and design. Currently, Matthew holds multiple roles at Top Hat, including Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, and Software Developer IV, since February 2021. Previous experience includes mentoring at Lighthouse Labs, serving as Technical Lead and Senior Software Developer at Cover, and fulfilling dual roles as Experience Designer and Software Developer at Luuma, where Matthew co-founded the company. Early career experience includes a web developer position at MacLaren McCann, focusing on a significant content migration project.
