Aylin Eschmann

Aylin Eschmann has extensive experience in inhouse recruiting, currently serving as the Head of Inhouse Recruiting at top itservices AG since March 2019, where Aylin also held various roles including Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Talent Sourcer. Prior to this, Aylin gained experience as a Werkstudent in Inhouse Recruiting at SEVEN PRINCIPLES AG and as a Werkstudent in Human Resources at HRS Group. Aylin holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, earned in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2017.
