Jorge Iglesias obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Análise de Sistemas de Computação from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Jorge then pursued a postgraduate degree in Formação de Consultores, Estratégia e Negócios at Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas | UFRGS. Jorge later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Subsequently, they pursued a specialization program in Gestão de Projetos de TI at FGV. In 2019, Jorge completed an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
