Neal Reed

Neal Reed has a diverse work experience that includes roles in consulting, business development, and benefits management. Starting at Aon as a Benefits Delivery Specialist in 2013, they later moved on to become a Benefits Operations Manager. Neal then transitioned to DayNine (acquired by Accenture) as an Associate HCM Consultant in 2016. Neal continued their consulting career at Accenture, where they held roles as a Senior Analyst and Consultant. In 2018, Neal joined TopBloc as a Senior Consultant, eventually working their way up to Managing Consultant, Business Development Manager, Director Of Business Development, and currently as the SVP of Business Development.

Neal Reed earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2013. In 2011-2012, they also studied at Wageningen University & Research.
