Cameron Miller

Cameron Miller is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since June 2013, Cameron has served as Sr. Director of Human Resources at TopBuild, a leading national installer and distributor of building products, overseeing Compensation, Benefits, HR Shared Services, and Corporate Employee Relations. Prior to this role, Cameron held positions at TruTeam, Masco Corporation, CSX Transportation, and BI-LO, focusing on HRIS, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services. Cameron began the career as a Technical Recruiter at Acadia Group, Inc., after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
