Adam Binder has a diverse work experience. Adam began their career as a Market Analyst at TAL Financial in 1996, where they stayed until 1999. Adam then joined Teradyne, Inc. as a Buyer Planner, and later became a Purchasing Manager, providing support across various departments. In 2005, they moved to FinePitch/Solectron as a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for overall supply chain operations. In 2006, they joined Topco Associates LLC as a Sourcing Manager, and later became the Senior Category Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Sourcing, Indirect Spend Program at Topco Associates LLC, where they help member-owners realize savings in the area of Not-For-Resale products and services.

Adam Binder, CPSM, holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which was obtained between 2004 and 2007. Adam also has a BBA in Finance and Operations Management from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, earned from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they possess a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS - The Educational Society for Resource Management, obtained from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, Adam achieved the designation of Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) between 2011 and 2021. Adam completed their education at Framingham High from 1991 to 1995.
