Ágnes Fodor has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Ágnes started their career in 2010 as an English Speaking Practice Teacher at TEOL. Ágnes then worked as an English Speaking IT Support Specialist at Citibank Hungary from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined DunaPro as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant, where they created various online and offline design artwork and supported brand managers. In 2015, they worked as a Multimedia Content Designer at Nokia. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Vodafone as a Creative Designer, primarily focusing on digital campaigns and design tasks such as email and landing page design, wireframing, UI design, and creating icons and illustrations. Since 2018, they have been working at TOPdesk as a UX Designer.

Ágnes Fodor has a diverse education history in the field of design. In 2003 to 2005, they attended the Óbuda Vocational School of Fine Arts, where they earned a Graphic Designer Certificate (OKJ 54 211 09) with a focus on Graphic Design. From 2007 to 2011, Ágnes Fodor studied at Eszterházy Károly College, completing their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Digital Design, with a specialization in Animation. During their time at Eszterházy Károly College, they also received an Erasmus Scholarship in Fine Arts at Karadeniz Technical University in 2010 to 2011. Recently, Ágnes Fodor enrolled in xLabs and obtained two certificates in UX Design, namely, an Advanced UX Design certificate and an Introduction to UX Design certificate.
