Product Owner Virtual Appliance And On-premises Experience at TOPdesk

Francien Verdenius has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Francien is currently working as a Product Owner Conversion Rate Optimization at TOPdesk since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Stolt Tank Containers from August 2018 to March 2022, where they held roles as a Product Owner Online Customer Channels and a Digital Marketing Analyst. Before Stolt Tank Containers, they worked at Deloitte Nederland as a Marketing Automation Specialist from February 2016 to November 2016. Francien started their career at TOPdesk as a Sales Representative from February 2009 to October 2009. Lastly, Francien has previous experience in web design from January 2000 to January 2005.

Francien Verdenius completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Leiden University in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Delft University of Technology from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued Industrial Design Engineering. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Francien attended the University of Twente and obtained a Master's degree in Consumer and Behaviour Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Francien has also obtained several certifications over the years. In 2016, they became a Marketo Certified Expert through the institution Marketo. In 2018, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In 2019, Francien achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in 2020, they received the Professional Scrum Product Owner II certification from Scrum.org.
