Adam Pudnos

Adam Pudnos has over four decades of experience in the photomask industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Process Engineering at Toppan Photomasks since 2004. In this role, Adam directs global engineering initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing yields, productivity, capability, and utilization, ensuring the effective use of materials and processes to produce high-quality, cost-effective products. Prior to this position, Adam held various engineering roles at DuPont Photomasks, including Engineering Manager and Engineer, and began their career as a Mask Engineer at Intel Corporation. Adam holds a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complementing foundational education from Madison Central High School.
