Rashika Shrivastava

Rashika Shrivastava is an accomplished design professional with a diverse background in fashion and marketing. Currently serving as Design Lead at Toprankers since October 2022, Rashika also holds dual roles as CEO and Creative Director of Wild Pink, a venture focused on sustainable thrift and vintage fashion. Previous experience includes positions as Head of Marketing at Oyela, and a Fashion Stylist at Mohit Rai Style Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Rashika began their career with internships in fashion experience and visual merchandising at renowned companies like Flipkart India and Landmark Group. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science. Additionally, Rashika has formal training in classical dance, holding a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Kathak.
