Kathleen A. Sautter

Kathleen A. Sautter is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Tops Markets since June 2016. In this capacity, Kathleen oversees public relations for a major grocery chain, managing media relations for 150 stores and five franchise locations across New York, Vermont, and Pennsylvania. Kathleen has a diverse background in public relations, having held positions such as Communications Director at YMCA Buffalo Niagara and Communications Manager at Junior Achievement of Western New York. Additionally, Kathleen maintains an active role as a professional vocalist with the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus and has collaborated with notable orchestras, performing at prestigious venues. Holding a BA in Communication from the University at Buffalo, Kathleen's career also includes experience in radio broadcasting and public relations account coordination.
