Bonnie Chen

Bonnie Elyse Chen, CPA, serves as the Senior Manager of Accounting at Topstep since February 2022, with prior experience as Finance Manager and Senior Accountant within the same organization. Previously, Bonnie held positions as Financial Services Manager and Financial Services Accountant at Lauterbach & Amen, LLP from June 2018 to February 2022, and also completed an internship in the Finance Department at the Town of Normal, IL. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University, where Bonnie was actively involved in volunteer income tax assistance and various student organizations. Early work experiences include roles in the food service industry, where Bonnie developed customer service and multitasking skills, as well as roles in event promotion and leadership development.
