Hristo Butsev

Hristo Butsev is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI design and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design at neoshare AG since June 2022, Hristo has also contributed as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Toptal and held multiple positions including Design Team Lead and Senior UX/UI Designer. As the Founder of HBC, Hristo leads initiatives in design education, previously teaching at Beetroot Academy and ARC Academy. Hristo's background includes impactful roles at StocksTech and ThinkMarkets, focusing on user-centric design solutions in financial services. Hristo holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from the National Academy of Art Sofia and a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
