Reto Häring

Reto Haering is a highly experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Research & Development at TOPTICA Photonics since March 2022. Prior to this role, Reto Haering held various leadership positions at Instrument Systems GmbH, including Vice President Customer Solutions, where responsibilities included leading teams in Application Engineering, Program Management, Product Management, and Marketing, and fostering the sales process through customized solutions. Reto Haering also established a Business Unit as Vice President BU Industrial 2, led a significant change project as Vice President Operational Excellence, and directed the R&D Department as Vice President R&D during a period of strong growth.
