Maider Hernandorena has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maider began their career in 2017 as a Graphic Web Designer at 20 Comunicación, where they worked for three months. Following that, they worked as a Freelance Graphic & Web Designer for their own company for ten months. In 2017, they also worked as an Assistant Marketing at Future Pipe Industries for seven months. In 2018, they joined Abalit Technologies as a Desarrolladora de Software, where they worked for one year. From 2019 to 2021, Maider worked as a Mobile Developer at Ogun, gaining experience in that role for one and a half years. Currently, they are employed as a Front End Developer at TOQIO, starting in June 2021.

Maider Hernandorena started their education at the Instituto Publico de Beasain in 2010 and completed their Bachillerato degree in 2012, specializing in the technological field. Maider then attended the Universidad del Pais Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 2012 to 2015, where they pursued a Grado en Bellas Artes degree with a focus on industrial and product design. In 2016, they completed a Curso Intensivo de Art Director, Copy, and Planner at Complot Escuela de Creatividad. Continuing their education, in 2017, they enrolled at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona for a Postgrado en Diseño y Dirección de Proyectos Web. Finally, in 2018, they attended ISDI Coders and obtained a degree as a FullStack Developer. Through their educational journey, they gained expertise in graphic design, web project management, and full-stack development.
