Mike Weightman

Mike Weightman serves as the Manager of FP&A at Torc Robotics since October 2021, following a substantial tenure at Moog Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst. With expertise developed over nearly two decades at CA Technologies, Mike contributed significantly to customer satisfaction improvement and revenue preservation by creating standardized methodologies, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and training new reporting teams. Previous roles include managing annual sales targets and budgets at Arthur Andersen, where Mike also managed a $90M budget and developed the Operating Plan for the Global Markets organization. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Millikin University.
